Krystian Suber

In 2015, Krystian joined the financial services industry as an account executive in the supplemental health and life division at Chubb Ltd. He quickly moved up the ranks and by his third year, he was responsible for leading a strong team of 15 advisors. During his time at Chubb, he won numerous awards in various capacities. However, Krystian yearned for something slightly different. He wanted to figure out a way he could help his friends in the music space preserve, protect and grow their wealth. Thus, made a decision to pivot into wealth management. Krystian currently works with music artists, creatives, and entertainment executives by educating them on how to manage their finances, and create and adhere to a Financial Strategy at Fortis Lux Financial. He understands that artists have high earning potential, which is challenged by a limited career length, high-end lifestyles, tax challenges, and a lack of financial literacy. Making the right decisions when working with creatives requires a unique skill set that only a few specialists possess.

Prior to entering the financial services industry, Krystian worked at several major record labels under the Sony Music Entertainment umbrella focusing on A&R (Artist and Repertoire) and Marketing. Krystian also served as a talent manager to several breakout artists. Music has always been a passion since his youth.

Krystian graduated from Berklee College of Music in 3 years with a Bachelors in Business Management, while studying alto saxophone. While at Berklee, Krystian was awarded an ASCAP Leiber and Stoller scholarship.

Krystian is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated. He is also an active member of Grace Episcopal Church in White Plains, NY. Krystian resides in Westchester County, NY.
