Lance began his career in 2011 with Buckman, Buckman and Reid in New York City where he developed an expertise in portfolio management for affluent investors across America. Due to a realization that risk management through insurance was a missing piece to his client’s financial puzzle, Lance decided to join MetLife Premier Client Group of NYC in late 2011.
At MetLife, Lance and his team – lead by himself and counterparts Michael Davila and Corey Miller – established a ten person financial advisory team. The team developed a robust client base in the niche market of financial services. In 2015, Lance also became a financial planner with MetLife. Lance’s key to developing a sound financial plan is initiating the plan conversation where his team can then cultivate a plan for individuals and families for their short term cash management, intermediate term wealth accumulation and long term retirement planning.
Lance transitioned from MetLife Premier Client Group to Fortis Lux Financial in July of 2016.
In addition to holding series 7, 63 and Life, Accident and Health licenses, Lance recently received certification in Long Term care partnership for NY, NJ and CT. Lance graduated from Hartwick College with a BA in Business Administration. After graduating from Hartwick, Lance attended international business school at Ocean University in Qingdao, China.
Lance currently resides in Connecticut and is a member of the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce.
