Michael A. Dávila joined MetLife shortly before the onset of the financial crisis in September of 2007 and began building his practice within the competitive niche market of Financial Services Executives. Starting his career working with individuals and families affected by this crisis was a formative experience for him. For that reason, Michael focuses on Risk Management in the areas of Retirement Planning and Insurance. A comprehensive wealth protection strategy is critical in his perspective. He strives to create financial longevity for his clients by utilizing his extensive product knowledge and passion for working with people.

During the Fall of 2011, Michael decided that in order to provide his clients with a sound financial plan, he must form a full-service team. At the MetLife Premier Client Group of NYC, Michael and his team – lead by himself and counterparts Corey Miller, Lance Lichorat, and Jun Huang – established a full-service financial advisory group. The team continued to develop and grow within the niche market of financial services. Michael and his team-mates operate under the universal principal that their purpose is to “Empower their clients to grow and help safeguard their assets throughout all stages of their financial lives”. The team strives to accomplish this mission through “Brand Strength, Financial Stability, and Exceptional Service”.

Michael is also a division head for the Advanced Markets Sales Team at Fortis Lux, his team specializes in providing innovative strategies to help high net worth clients maximize wealth transfer by leveraging assets for their heirs and keeping their legacies intact.

He holds the series 7, 63 and Life, Accident and Health licenses.

Michael graduated from New York University in 2004 with a B.A. in Medieval and Renaissance Studies.

He currently resides in Garden City, NY with his spouse Gisél and daughters Juliana & Elliana.

·      Analyze. Before I recommend any productor service, I ask questions and get a clear understanding of your financial goals and objectives. I then analyze your insurance portfolio to identify any gaps that may exist in your policies.

·      Recommend. I provide you with suggestions to fill in the gaps so you can choose the products best suited for your situation.

·      Implement. If you’re satisfied with my recommendations, I work with you to implement your strategies and secure the required products and services to help you strive for financial freedom.

·      Review. Because your financial situation is bound to change, I work with you over time through periodic reviews to help you evaluate the strategies in place, and their capacity to continue to meet your goals. I can help you with many of your financial needs.
