Paul has been charged with heading our Western expansion for Fortis Lux Financial.  As a Managing Director of our expanding West Coast operations, Paul is building and expanding the Fortis Lux footprint to the Midwest and Western United States by researching  Life Insurance Practices, Registered Investment Advisors and CPA practices through Merger and Acquisition and partnership opportunities. 

Paul is experienced in every facet of the insurance and annuity industry in prior positions as President and ChiefExecutive Office, Vice President, Vice President of Sales, Financial Services Manager, Sales Specialist to Sales and has  a background  in entrepreneurial venues. Paul has had Officer accountabilities within the sales, legal, compliance, underwriting, operations, actuarial and financial areas. Obtained extensive knowledge and success within the direct, career, general agency and independent marketing distribution channels.

Extremely knowledgeable in all areas of insurance, annuities and senior market products. As a leader he has helped develop and implement strategic goals and overall direction across the insurance and annuity landscape. A lot of people have a vision of where they want to go, he works to build a team to make informed decisions about how to get there, and more importantly, how to stay there. A fearless change agent fuel-injected with enthusiasm, his management style is hands-on, open communication, proactive, performance-driven, high ethics, and “value-based.” Prior to joining Fortis Lux, he worked on new product development for several companies in the past, products would include Index Universal Life Insurance, two term insurance products, a new Accidental Death and Dismemberment product.

Paul resides in Phoenix, AZ with his wife Laura, and 4 daughters, Ashley, Madison, Emily and Kate.  Paul is very active in his community and works with Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee, Ronald McDonald House, Westside Food Bank and Phoenix Children's Hospital.
